Our service is a planned activities and exercises to promote well-being and to be able to live independently at their home.
1. Manage and conduct of our programs by the physical therapist and trained staff, which is including initial evaluation, re-evaluation and consultation.
2. All the rehabilitation and exercise programs are tailored to meet the individual needs.
3. Continuation of functional activities and home based exercises are provided.
